Restaurant of the month: Lafayette's
Lafayette's, created by the Moma group, is an emblematic restaurant located in the heart of a historic Parisian landmark. It's nestled in an elegant mansion in the 8th arrondissement, once the scene of some of the most fashionable parties organized by the Marquis de La Fayette in the 19th century. The chef in charge is Mory Sacko, who has already been awarded a Michelin star, and whose cuisine is both French and contemporary, evolving with the seasons. His cuisine is inspired by chic brasseries and incorporates influences from the American and African continents. The Chef's creations are original and varied.

Opera of the month: Beatrice Di Tenda
False accusation, unjust imprisonment, torture and death sentence: such is the unfortunate fate of Beatrice di Tenda, a real-life character who became the heroine of Vincenzo Bellini's opera. The opera premiered at La Fenice in Venice in 1833 without any success, much to the composer's dismay, who took up powerful themes such as justice and the aspiration to freedom, in a music of limpid, lyrical lines.

Concert of the month: Jane Birkin by friend
Etienne Daho, Charlotte Gainsbourg, Lou Doillon, Beth Gibbons, Eddy de Pretto, Fanny Ardant... On Saturday February 3, 2024, 23 artists, friends and family of Jane Birkin, will take to the stage of the Olympia in Paris to reprise the last concert of the Franco-British icon, who died on July 16 last year, and pay tribute to her.
