Ajar: Located near Place Sainte-Marthe, Restaurant Ajar is run by chef Justine Audoin, aka Golden Pintade. This bistro offers creative dishes such as a leek coulis tortilla with sausage and black lemon, or a revisited carbonara. Vegetarian options and original desserts, such as the ice cream sandwich with rice and caramel, are also available. The natural cocktail and wine list is the perfect accompaniment to this inventive cuisine.
